Lighting

In our music video we are going to use different variations of lighting. We plan to use a mixture of bright and dark lighting. The bright lighting is going to be used to portray the energy of the music and the video. The dark lighting will also be used at some points in the video as it is a common theme in a lot of rock videos. To create the bright lighting we are going to need to find a way of making the lights seem bright thsi could either be done during the filming stage or coulld be artificially created in the post production stage. The dark lighting on the other hand will be easy to recreate as we use only a small amount of lighting or none at all depending on the set. The dark lighting could also be done in the post production stage by using black and white effects. If we are able to obtain one we plan to use instances of strobe lighting as this will show the energy and fast paced style of the video. This will also fit in well with the pace of the music and the fast paced editing that we plan to do.
